October Update - New Products!

We've added a huge range of new products to our site this month which will help you with decoration for your cakes, cake pops or anything really! So in case you’re not sure what we've added, here are some details about them! You can view all the products at the store here.

Food Decorations:

Food Pens: First up we've got a whole selection of professional food pens, with 16 different colours to choose from. They’re great for small details, patterns and for names and words for your events and parties. These are two sided and can be used for bold colouring or intricate details. Unfortunately they don’t work on chocolate or candy melts but they’ll be good for drawing on other things. Get them for £2.75 each on the store.

Edible Silk Range: We've got a new edible decoration from Rainbow Dust to give your cakes a sparkle. So far we've just got the one colour, Twinkle Dust - Sparkling White. You can get one for £3.99 and it will give your products an eye catching and distinctive look.

Lustre Spray Cans: Also new to the store is a range of coloured edible spray decorations to add colour and shine to your desserts. These are great for a variety of dessert fillings or tops and there are currently four colours available: Pink, Red, Gold, Silver and Pearl. These are available at our store for £7.99 and contain 100ml/1.5 oz. You can also get this nifty Spray Gun accessory which attaches to the cans to help with your decoration for just £1.99.

Accessories:

Cake Pop Ruffle Wraps – Similar to the heart dollies but instead with great pink and white petals, wonderful additions to cake pops. Packs of eight are available for £2.99.

Mini Melting Bottles – Small bottles to put your chocolate and melts in to, great for measuring, storing and applying! Pick up a pack of two for £1.99.

Wilton Lollipop & Treat Stand – A great accessory to present your lollipops or cake pops on! It will hold 18 pops and has a room for a message. Complete your set of pops with this stand for £9.99.

Traditional Styled Sweet Jar – We've got another jar for storing those sweets and decorations. This one has a traditional sweet shop look and can be bought for £1.49.

Get Ready for Halloween 2012!

It’s October, which to a lot of people means Halloween! It’s on October 31^st if you’re unsure. Yes it’s that time of year when ghouls and monsters roam the streets seeking sugar, and there’s a huge influx of pumpkins in your local supermarkets. Halloween is the night you can throw parties, dress up, take your kids trick-or-treating, decorate your house or porch, or even do something with that impulse-bought pumpkin.

Well before you pick up that carving knife, how about getting creative with some festive treats? We have a range of products to help you create some amazing Halloween Cake Pops! We have regular and Halloween candy eyeballs to decorate your spooky pops, different moulds to help you shape them, a variety of melts to give them colour and flavour, as well a range of Halloween coloured sticks! So, need some ideas? Well we’ve got some to show you. First up, how about a pumpkin that won’t scare people with their taste spooky face? You can use our orange cake pop melts, orange sticks and a food pen to create a variety of spooky pumpkins.

Or how about making use of our cone moulds and creating witch’s hats? Or smaller hats on witches? How about some ghosts or monsters? Maybe even some haunted trees if you wanted! It’s up to you to get creative, so go fetch some ingredients and make some cake pops!
